Dear Valued Customer, thank you for choosing Orentin Cars. Please read all conditions and rules carefully before confirming your booking.
General Information
- Office Time: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Booking Confirmation: An advance payment equal to 30% of the total rental amount is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Required at Pickup: Please bring your driving licence and a valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Passport).
- Age Requirement: The renter must be 23 years or older and must be present to sign the agreement.
- Availability: Please call before booking to confirm vehicle availability.
- Cheque Leaves: Two cheque leaves must be submitted at the time of delivery and will be returned after successful vehicle return and inspection.
Caution Deposit
- ₹5,000 for 5-seater vehicles.
- ₹10,000 for 7-seater vehicles.
- The caution deposit and total rental amount must be paid at pickup.
- Deposits are refunded only on the third working day after returning the vehicle.
Rental Conditions
- Vehicles must not be used for learning, sports, races, rallies, or competitive events. If found, the advance amount will be forfeited.
- Transporting goods or people in violation of local laws, excise rules, or customs regulations is prohibited.
- The vehicle must be driven only by the customer who booked it.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Fuel levels must be maintained. Extra fuel will not be refunded, and fuel shortages will be charged.
- Toll fees, parking charges, permits, and interstate taxes are non-refundable.
- Any loss, damage, accessory replacement, fines, or repair costs will be charged to the customer.
- In case of accidents, customers are responsible for repair costs, towing charges, and rental charges until the vehicle is restored to its original condition.
Other Important Points
- Late Return: Delays without approval will incur a charge of ₹250 per hour plus rental charges.
- Breakdown Support: Free roadside assistance is included. Replacement vehicles are available only within 50 km of the pickup centre.
- Breakdowns caused by misuse will be charged to the customer.
Kilometre Limits & Fuel Policy
- Daily Limit: 250 KM
- Weekly Limit: 1,500 KM
- 15-Day Limit: 2,500 KM
- 30-Day Limit: 3,500 KM
- Additional kilometres will be charged according to the applicable rate chart.
- Please maintain the fuel level while returning the vehicle.
Usage Restrictions & Penalties
- Smoking inside the vehicle: ₹750 fine.
- Carrying pets or animals: ₹1,000 fine.
- Alcohol consumption inside the vehicle: ₹1,500 fine.
- Overspeeding above 80 km/h: ₹1,500 fine.
- Late drop-off: ₹300 per hour.
- Food waste inside the vehicle: ₹400 fine.
Legal Liability
Orentin Cars will not be liable for criminal or legal consequences arising from negligent driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traffic violations, or accidents. Any fines, penalties, towing charges, or legal expenses incurred during the rental period will be the customer's responsibility.
Advance Payment Rules
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Only cash and UPI payments are accepted.
- Full payment must be completed at the time of vehicle delivery.
- Vehicle substitutions may occur due to accidental or mechanical issues at no additional cost.
- Providing incorrect documents or false information will automatically void the agreement.
Simple Booking Steps
- Enquire and reserve your preferred vehicle.
- Submit the required documents for verification.
- Bookings may be cancelled if significant issues are identified during verification.
- Pay the advance amount to secure your booking.
- Sign the agreement, inspect the vehicle, and collect the keys.
